WordCamp Phoenix 2013

Why WordCamp? As a blogger using WordPress, it only makes sense to participate in a conference about how to use it better. And because some of the awesomeness (intelligence, creativity and community spirit) of the organizers, volunteers and attendees might rub off.  And also to keep those brain synapses firing like a well-oiled machine.  In the tech world, things move fast.  But that’s part of the thrill of it, isn’t it?  In the words of Tyler Durden:

I say never be complete, I say stop being perfect, I say let… lets evolve, let the chips fall where they may.

Phoenix Zoo Zoolights

Zoolights

Zoolights at the Phoenix Zoo is awesome – and it gets bigger and better every year!  Here are some fun facts about the event.  I noticed the zoo redesigned its entrance since my last visit and removed the giant Earth sculpture.  I wonder what they did with it?
